the appointment of Jane M. Cronin to
its Board of Directors.
Ms. Cronin is Senior Vice President – Corporate Controller of
Sherwin Williams Company (NYSE: SHW), a world-leading manufacturer,
developer, distributor and seller of paint, coatings, and related
products to professional, industrial, aerospace, commercial, and
retail customers. Ms. Cronin has served in her current role since
2016. Prior to that, Ms. Cronin was Vice President of Internal
Audit and Loss Prevention and Vice President – Controller of one of
Sherwin Williams' largest
divisions.
