Virginia L. Gordon has joined the Board of Directors of the Company, increasing the Board to 5 members as permitted in the Company’s by-laws. Virginia L. Gordon is a private investor and has served on the boards of several charitable organizations and is the daughter of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ellen R. Gordon.
