Item 2.02	Result of Operations and Financial Condition.

On June 9, 2020, Registrant issued a news release announcing its unaudited earnings and results of operations for the first quarter ended April 30, 2020. A copy of the June 9, 2020 news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
