Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on January 12, 2021, announcing that it will host a conference call to review its fourth quarter and year-end 2020 financial results on Friday, February 12, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company will release its financial results prior to the call. A simultaneous webcast of the teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public at https://investors.terex.com.
