Item 8.01. Other Information.

On September 5, 2024, Tecnoglass Inc. (the “Company”) announced the timing for the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share for the third quarter of 2024. The dividend will be paid by the Company on October 31, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2024.

Miami, FL – September 5, 2024 - Tecnoglass, Inc. (NYSE: TGLS) (“Tecnoglass” or the “Company”), a leading producer of high-end aluminum and vinyl windows and architectural glass for the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 per share on an annualized basis, for the third quarter of 2024. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2024 will be paid a dividend on October 31, 2024.
