Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Plans

On June 14, 2019, Robert Tykal, Senior Vice President, North American Operations, resigned from his position at Superior Industries International, Inc., effective July 12, 2019, to pursue other interests.
