Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On May 14, 2020, StoneMor Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Company is also furnishing its earnings presentation for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, a copy of which is available at www.stonemor.com, as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 7.01	Regulation FD Disclosure.

As discussed above in Item 2.02, on May 14, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2020. As previously reported, the Company will be holding an investor call on May 14, 2020 to discuss those results. The Company is furnishing as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K the earnings presentation to be used in connection with such investor call.
