Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Each share of Class B Common Stock is convertible into one share of Class A Common Stock at the option of the Reporting Person and has no expiration date.
(2)	Due to a clerical error, the Reporting Person's Form 4 filed on February 5, 2020 inadvertently reported an incorrect number of shares held by The Henderson Family Trust u/a/d 7/21/2016. This amendment is being filed to correct such holdings. All other information set forth in the Reporting Person's February 5, 2020 Form 4 remains correct.
