SL Green Realty Corp. on Tuesday said it agreed to sell a 36-story mixed-use Manhattan highrise, along with an adjacent undeveloped parcel of land, to an affiliate of Brookfield Asset Management Inc. for a gross valuation of $446.5 million.

SL Green said the 492,987-square-foot building at 315 West 33rd St., which is also known as the "Olivia," includes 333 residential units and 270,132 square feet of commercial space.

The New York real-estate investment trust said it expects to complete the transaction, valued at about $906 per square foot, in the second quarter.
