Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The exercise and sale reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on November 10, 2020 (the "10b5-1 Plan"). No more than 75,000 shares may be sold in the aggregate under the 10b5-1 Plan, which terminates no later than December 13, 2021, regardless of whether the maximum of 75,000 shares in the aggregate have been sold.
(2)	Mr. Ream sold 5,910 shares in multiple trades at prices ranging from $47.35 to $48.33 per share. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sale price. Mr. Ream hereby undertakes to provide to the Securities and Exchange Commission staff, the issuer or any security holder of the issuer, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected.
(3)	Mr. Ream sold 9,090 shares in multiple trades at prices ranging from $48.35 to $49.07 per share. The price reported above reflects the weighted average sale price.
