Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 9, 2022, Roblox Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results and certain key metrics for its third quarter ended September 30, 2022. The Company also posted on its investor relations website (ir.roblox.com) a shareholder letter and supplemental materials for its third quarter ended September 30, 2022. A copy of the press release and shareholder letter are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated by reference herein. Information on the Company’s website is not, and will not be deemed, a part of this report or incorporated into this or any other filings that the Company makes with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
