ServiceNow Inc. (NOW) said Gina Mastantuono will serve as its finance chief, effective Jan. 13.

Ms. Mastantuono will succeed Michael Scarpelli, who left his post to become the finance chief of the data-warehouse company Snowflake Inc.

Ms. Mastantuono has served as the CFO of Ingram Micro Inc. since 2016. She has also held various roles at Revlon Inc. (REV) from 2007 to 2013, as well as at InterActiveCorp. (IAC) and Triarc Cos. Inc. (WEN).

ServiceNow also said Bill McDermott has formally assumed the role of president and chief executive, succeeding John Donahoe, who stepped down to become chief executive of Nike Inc. (NKE).
