Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 23, 2021, Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (the “Company”) restructured certain senior executive responsibilities and eliminated the role of Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer held by Alain P. Néemeh. As a result of this restructuring, Mr. Néemeh is no longer employed by the Company.
