Regulation FD Disclosure.

Ra Medical System, Inc.’s (“Ra Medical”) President, Jeffrey Kraws, will participate in the LD Micro Main Event on December 11, 2019. During the conference and in separate sessions with analysts and investors, Mr. Kraws will refer to a slide presentation. A copy of the slide presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
