Quorum Health Corporation (NYSE:QHC) today announced that the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has accepted the Company’s plan to regain compliance with the NYSE continued listing standards. As previously disclosed, the NYSE notified the Company on April 30, 2019, that it was out of compliance with Exchange listing standards as a result of the Company’s average market capitalization being less than $50 million over a consecutive 30 trading-day period and the most recently reported stockholders’ equity of the Company also being less than $50 million.

Based upon a review of the compliance plan and information submitted by the Company on June 10, 2019, the Exchange has accepted the submission. In accordance with NYSE rules, the Company will now be given an 18-month cure period to regain conformity with continued listing standards, beginning effective April 30, 2019. Shares of QHC will continue to be listed on the NYSE, subject to the Company’s compliance with other continued listing standards. The Company will also be subject to quarterly monitoring by the NYSE for compliance with the plan.
