Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On May 6, 2021, Ping Identity Holding Corp. (the “Company”) held its 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The proposals considered at the Annual Meeting are described in the Company’s 2021 Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 25, 2021.
