On October 29, 2020, PBF Logistics LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing the Partnership’s financial and operating results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
