Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 4, 2020, Ocwen Financial Corporation (the “Company”) filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2020 (the “Quarterly Report”). The Quarterly Report is available on the Company website at www.ocwen.com through a link on the Shareholder Relations page. The Company previously reported on its preliminary quarterly financial results in a conference call held on July 17, 2020. The Company does not intend to schedule an additional conference call in connection with the filing of the Quarterly Report as it has no further updates to provide beyond what was previously discussed on July 17, 2020.
