On March 11, 2021, Noble Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its condensed consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020. A copy of such press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 and will be published in the “Investor Relations” area on the Company’s web site at http://www.noblecorp.com.
