On May 5, 2022, New Jersey Resources Corporation (“NJR”) issued a press release reporting financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2022 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
