Motorola Solutions Inc. (MSI) said Thursday it has acquired video-system company WatchGuard Inc.

The communications-equipment company didn't disclose terms of the transaction.

WatchGuard produces in-car video systems, body-worn cameras and evidence-management software aimed toward use in law enforcement.
