Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

Moog Inc. (the “Company”) entered into the Fifth Amended and Restated Loan Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of October 15, 2019 by and among the Company, the lenders party thereto (the “Lenders”) and HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Administrative Agent for the Lenders.

The Agreement amended the terms of the Company's Fourth Amended and Restated Loan Agreement dated as of March 28, 2013. Among other matters, this Agreement extends the maturity of the credit facility from June 28, 2021 to October 15, 2024.
