Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Restricted Stock granted under the Company's 2014 Omnibus Incentive Plan. The Restricted Stock is eligible to be earned based on the Company's Fiscal 2025 EBITDA, subject to certain adjustments.
(2)	Restricted Stock Units granted under the Company's 2014 Omnibus Incentive Plan. The Restricted Stock Units are subject to a five-year vesting period, with 30% vesting on each of April 29, 2023 and May 4, 2024 and 40% vesting on May 3, 2025.
