Merck Announces Third-Quarter 2020 Dividend

Merck (NYSE: MRK), known as MSD outside the United States and
Canada, today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a
quarterly dividend of $0.61 per share of the company’s common stock
for the second quarter of 2020. Payment will be made on July 7,
2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15,
2020.
