(NYSE: MKL) will hold its 2022 shareholders meeting at Virginia
Credit Union LIVE! at the Richmond Raceway, 900 E. Laburnum Avenue,
Richmond, Virginia on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, starting at 2:00 p.m. ET. After concluding the regular
business session of the meeting, company leadership will provide a
financial and strategic business update and host a question and
answer session with attendees.
In addition to the formal meeting, the company will host a
series of panel discussions in the morning, including a C-Suite
conversation with executives from Markel Ventures and other
organizations, starting at 8:30 a.m.
