Stocks to Watch: FedEx, Tesla, Marathon Oil

Here are some of the companies with shares expected to trade
actively in Tuesday's session. Check back closer to the market open
for an updated list.
FedEx: The company, after botching some deliveries for Huawei
Technologies, filed a lawsuit Monday to stop the U.S. government
from requiring the package giant to enforce a crackdown on the
Chinese telecommunications gear maker.
Tesla: The electric-vehicle maker was granted a waiver on 10%
tariffs on aluminum imported from Japan, Reuters reported
Monday.
Marathon Oil: Shares of energy companies will be in focus, a day
after the sector was among the biggest decliners in the S&P
500, shedding nearly 1%.
