Marathon Oil Corporation filed a Current Report on Form 8-K on February 28, 2019 (the “Original Report”) to disclose that on February 27, 2019, the Board of Directors of Marathon Oil Corporation elected Jason Few and Kent Wells as members of the Board, effective April 1, 2019. The Corporation is filing this amendment to the Original Report to report that on May 29, 2019, the Board has appointed Mr. Few to serve as a member of the Board’s Audit and Finance Committee and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and Mr. Wells to serve as a member of the Board's Compensation Committee, and Health, Environmental, Safety and Corporate Responsibility Committee, effective as of May 29, 2019.
