and international investors for a stake in ASPI.
"Atlantia's board of directors, also taking into consideration
today's new proposal from the ACS group, will continue its
assessment in subsequent meetings, to be called in the coming days,
to as to take the necessary decisions on the matter," Atlantia said
in a statement.
The company said it is also evaluating a binding offer from a
consortium of CDP Equity SpA, Blackstone Infrastructure Advisors
LLC and Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (Europe)
The consortium submitted an offer on March 31 to acquire
Atlantia's entire 88% stake in ASPI.
