(1)	SBT Investors LLC ("SBT") directly holds 24,803,398 of the reported securities of Common Stock.
(2)	EEH 2017, LLC ("EEH") directly holds 819,078 of the reported securities of Common Stock. SBT is the indirect controlling member of EEH and in such capacity, may be deemed to have voting and dispositive power over such portion of the reported securities held by EEH. SBT disclaims beneficial ownership of such reported securities held by EEH except to the extent of SBT's pecuniary interest therein.
