On June 30, 2022, Lindsay Corporation (the “Company”) issued a
press release announcing the Company’s results of operations for
its third quarter ended May 31, 2022. A copy of the press release
is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
In addition, a copy of the slide presentation to be used during the
Company’s fiscal 2022 third quarter investor conference call at
11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 30, 2022 is furnished herewith as
