Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On August 26, 2021, Christine A. Janofsky, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, notified Lincoln National Corporation (the “Company”) of her resignation from the Company effective September 10, 2021.  She is leaving the Company to pursue a new opportunity as the chief financial officer of a publicly traded company.
