The number of shares underlying unvested restricted stock units that were previously reported on Form 4 have been adjusted in connection with the closing of the spin-off of Victoria's Secret & Co. by the Issuer on August 2, 2021. The number of securities beneficially owned has been adjusted to reflect the inclusion of such restricted stock units, as adjusted in connection with the spin-off, and are included in the total in Column 5.
