On July 21, 2021, Kinder Morgan, Inc. issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 and that it will hold a webcast conference call on July 21, 2021 discussing those results. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
