Other Events.

On November 4, 2019, KB Home (the “Company”) completed its public offering of $300.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.800% senior notes due 2029 (the “Notes”). The Company filed a prospectus supplement with respect to the offering of the Notes, dated October 21, 2019, under its Registration Statement on Form S-3ASR (No. 333-219293). Exhibits are filed herewith in connection with the issuance of the Notes.
