--JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) has named Jennifer Piepszak chief financial officer, while CFO Marianne Lake will become chief executive of the consumer lending business, CNBC reported, citing an internal memo.

--Ms. Piepszak is now CEO for card services.
