Regulation FD Disclosure. |
As previously announced, in May 2022, Invesco Mortgage Capital
Inc.’s (the “Company’s”) board of directors approved a share
repurchase program for its Series B and Series C Preferred Stock.
As of the close of business on July 6, 2022, the Company has
repurchased 1,662,366 shares of Series B Preferred Stock at an
average price per share of $21.59 and 3,683,530 shares of Series C
Preferred Stock at an average price of $21.50. As of July 6, 2022,
the Company had authority to repurchase 1,337,634 additional shares
of its Series B Preferred Stock and 1,316,470 additional shares of
its Series C Preferred Stock under its current share repurchase
program.
