announced a change to the risk rating of the Canadian-domiciled
Invesco FTSE RAFI U.S. ETF Fund from "Medium to High" to
"Medium". The change in risk rating is effective immediately.
The risk rating change was made in accordance with the risk
classification methodology set by the Canadian Securities
Administrators to determine the investment risk level of mutual
funds. There are no changes to the investment objectives,
strategies or management of the fund.
