Watts, Chairman of Granite Construction Incorporated (NYSE:GVA), has been elected to the InfraSource Board of Directors and appointed Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. Mr. Watts, 66, Chairman of the Board of Granite Construction since 1999, joined the company in 1987 as President and CEO and retired as CEO in 2003. Prior to joining Granite Construction, Mr. Watts held positions including President and CEO of Ford, Bacon & Davis of Dallas, Texas, and President and COO of Solus Ocean Systems of Houston, Texas.
