The price reported in Column 4 of Line 1 with respect to the 15,251 shares sold on November 24, 2020 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $26.12 to $26.235. The Reporting Person has provided to the Issuer, and undertakes to provide to any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth in Footnote (1) to this Form 4.
