Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 15, 2020, Hubbell Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update on actions the Company is taking in response to current and anticipated impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and commenting on preliminary results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2020.
