Explanation of Responses:
(1)  On February 16, 2022, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently overstated the number of shares of common stock beneficially owned by the reporting person by 100 shares. The overstatement of the reporting person's ownership by 100 shares was repeated on subsequently filed Forms 4. This amendment corrects the reporting person's ownership as reported in the Form 4 filed on February 16, 2022.
