On August 27, 2020, The Gap, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the Company’s earnings for the second quarter of fiscal 2020 ended August 1, 2020. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference. A slide presentation, which includes supplemental information relating to the Company's second quarter earnings, is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this current report.
