Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Represents the second installment vesting of Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") for board service for the 2021-2022 term. The remaining shares will vest in equal installments on each of January 31, 2022 and April 30, 2022.
(2)	Represents settlement of Dividend Equivalent Units ("DEUs") associated with the RSUs vested.
(3)	Each DEU represents a contingent right to receive one ordinary share of FDP. DEUs are subject to the same restrictions and vesting criteria based on the underlying RSUs to which they relate.
(4)	Upon the vesting of the RSUs, a fractional share of .4854 of related DEUs was paid in cash to the Reporting Person.
(5)	The RSUs convert to Ordinary Shares on a one-for-one basis.
(6)	Represents a grant of RSUs for board service for the 2021-2022 term. The remaining shares will vest in equal installments on each of January 31, 2022 and April 30, 2022.
