Ford Treasurer Kent and VPs Bakaj and Russo to Retire at Year-End

Ford Motor Co. (F) said three executives including Vice
President and Treasurer Kenneth R. Kent plan to retire at the end
of the year.
Joe Bakaj, vice president, product development, Ford of Europe,
and Bill Russo, vice president, manufacturing, Ford of Asia
Pacific, will also retire.
David Webb, assistant treasurer, will become treasurer.
The company named Joerg Beyer executive director of product
development for Ford of Europe. He is now executive engineering
director, Ford of Europe.
Mr. Russo's replacement will announced at a later date.
