Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On May 28, 2019, in connection with his resignation from his position as President of Music, Andrew Dreskin informed Eventbrite, Inc. (the "Company") that he will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors of the Company at the Company's 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). Mr. Dreskin will continue to serve as a strategic advisor to the Company. Mr. Dreskin's decision not to stand for re-election as a director was not due to any disagreements with the Company or on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. The Company will file a supplement to its proxy statement for the Annual Meeting to reflect the changes described in this Current Report on Form 8-K.
