Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The Reporting Person, as trustee of a trust for the benefit of the Reporting Person's sister-in-law, caused the trust to distribute 21,578 shares of AUD Class A common stock to the beneficiaries of the trust (being the children of the Reporting Person's sister-in-law) in accordance with the terms of the trust, and in connection with the dissolution thereof.
