Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Represents time-vesting phantom units granted on March 2, 2020 under the Enable Midstream Partners, LP Long Term Incentive Plan. At vesting, the phantom units will be automatically settled in common units on a one-for-one basis.

Remarks:
The Reporting Person is an officer of Enable GP, LLC, the general partner of the Issuer. The Issuer is managed by the board of directors and the officers of its general partner.
