Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 1, 2019, Emerson Electric Co. issued a press release announcing that it is conducting a comprehensive review of the Company’s operational, capital allocation and portfolio initiatives. The press release also reaffirmed the Company's full year 2019 GAAP earnings per share guidance.
