Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 24, 2023, Ambika Gadre notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Dynatrace, Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation from the Board, effective as of May 26, 2023, to pursue another professional opportunity. Ms. Gadre’s decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
