Explanation of Responses:
(1) Represents the number of shares required to be sold by the Reporting Person to cover tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of RSUs.
(2) Shares held by the Rick McConnell Trust dated July 30, 2013 (the "Rick McConnell Trust"), for which the Reporting Person is the sole trustee. The Reporting Person disclaims Section 16 beneficial ownership of the shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest, if any, therein, and nothing contained in this report shall be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of any of the shares for Section 16 purposes or otherwise.
(3) Shares held by the Anne Marie McConnell Trust dated July 16, 2021 (the "Anne Marie McConnell Trust"), for which the Reporting Person's spouse is the sole trustee.
